| Leading a healthy lifestyle is all about balance, you need to exercise regularly, eat really well and do what ever it takes to feel good, look good and be confident in your skin. We need to find what works for us individually as we all have different body types, genetics and metabolisms. Finding what works for you can be very frustrating and sometimes we need help figuring it out and that is why I became a personal trainer. I have been involved in numerous sports all my life, ranging from down hill ski racing to martial arts. All my experiences led me to Los Angeles California, where I managed a large rehabilitation medical center. I took all what I learned and opened my own private studio in Beverly Hills, focusing on strength training, plyometrics and martial arts. My wife and I decided to move back home to Kamloops B.C. where we opened up Core Essentials. Now over 5 years in business we have literally helped hundreds of people not only reach their fitness goals but have helped them improve their quality of life. I welcome anyone, no matter the age, gender or specific goals you may have to come in and let me help you reach your life goals. |
