I've had upper, middle, and lower back pain since I was a teenager. Exercise has always helped but I haven't been consistent with any program for years. The past couple years, I have had unbearable pain and was feeling scared. After 4 weeks at Core Essentials, I have almost eliminated all of my back pain and I feel great!

I am now in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and being consistant with my training and pilates has given me the extra strength and energy I need. I am looking forward to a quick come back after delivery!!
